As an owner of Gorham products, you'll want to take advantage of our Lifetime Purchase Protection Program. First, you'll need to register the patterns you own. Registering online is as easy as 1-2-3:
  1. Fill out the required information below.
  2. Then choose the letter that corresponds to the first letter of each pattern name and follow the instructions.
  3. You only need to register each pattern you own once, and you can register multiple patterns together.
  4. If you are registering a giftware item, please enter the name of it into the box at the bottom of this page.
With our Lifetime Purchase Protection Program, you'll never have to worry about breakage, because:
  • We'll replace any broken piece that is in stock at Gorham, at 50% off the current suggested retail price.
  • This offer is good for as long as you own your Gorham dinnerware, stemware or flatware.
